I am writing you to let you know of the exceptional service I have received from our community manager. I have contacted her on 2 occasions and was extremely pleased at how quickly she responded. Having been a previous Board Member, I am so pleased your Company has taken over Management. One of the reasons I resigned as a Board Member was the previous Management Company and their lack of customer service. Since your company has taken over Management I see a very nice turn around in areas that needed attention. I very much appreciate the very well done newsletters that are prepared with the owners interests in mind. Things are getting done and long standing issues that were brought to the attention of the previous Management Company are being addressed. Thank you for assigning her as the Association Manager.
